This site houses the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks on-line public sport ineligibility list.
It is a fluid document and will be updated as infractions occur.
Team managers are required to check this list. Teams found using an ineligible player may be subject to further disciplinary actions as deemed necessary by the department. Ineligible players found to be playing in any Department sponsored league may be subject to further actions.
TEAM MANAGER'S HANDBOOK
